01 — CHALLENGE

The more services an agency runs, the easier it is for the site to blur 'what we actually do.'

Live commerce, influencer, social management, video production, YouTube ops — being good at each doesn't mean the site reads well when they all sit next to each other. Advertisers start asking, 'so what are you really best at?'

They had plenty of projects on the books, but nothing organized chronologically — clients had to ask 'what have you done recently?'

02 — APPROACH

We laid the services out with structure, put the project history on a timeline, and gave advertisers a short path to the inquiry form.

The lineup sorts by 'what / why / outcome.' Project history spreads across a chronological timeline so advertisers can scan recent results in one view.

Newsletter signups and inquiries share the same site, and the admin lets staff manage projects, news and incoming inquiries directly — content grows weekly without an engineer.
