Paper stamp cards are a tool that customers forget, stores reissue, and customers lose — over and over.
From the store's point of view, the loyalty tool turned into an operational burden. Card production, management and reissuance became a weekly task, and customer data went nowhere.
From the customer's point of view, carrying physical cards is friction itself. Add a few regular shops in one city and the wallet gets heavy.
Stamps consolidate inside one mobile app for customers. Stores manage accrual through an admin dashboard. We built both sides together.
Flutter built Android and iOS together. Customers earn stamps by QR or code at the store. Every regular shop's stamps gather in one app, and stores no longer issue physical cards.
