Cafe24-based shop customization for a D2C brand selling fortune-telling products online. Mobile-responsive design, KakaoTalk channel integration and payment options aligned to the brand's actual operations.

01 — CHALLENGE

Cafe24's standard theme is good for fast launches — but limited for expressing a brand's voice.

Fortune products live on 'is this trustworthy?' and 'does this brand have its own atmosphere?'. The default theme made it hard to look different from other fortune shops.

Payment, login and customer-response flows also had to move differently from generic-product flows — and pulling that off inside Cafe24 needed hands-on work.

02 — APPROACH

We layered a custom-look design on top of Cafe24, then organized KakaoTalk channel integration, Naver Pay and responsive design around how the brand actually operates.

Mobile-optimized responsive redesign for the site. KakaoTalk channel integration to drive pre- and post-purchase conversations. Naver Pay added to the payment options to reduce drop-off at checkout.

We cleaned up the Cafe24 admin so the operator can run products, banners and events without touching code.
