01 — CHALLENGE

Ad trading is a market with too many intermediaries — and decisions that move slowly because of it.

Advertisers worked through agencies, agencies worked through media, and as information passed through hands, clarity blurred. Direct paths from advertiser to media weren't obvious.

Each ad product had different rates, exposure and performance criteria, making side-by-side comparison hard on a single platform.

02 — APPROACH

Advertisers and suppliers meet on the same platform, negotiate over live chat, and build trust through reviews.

We categorized ad products systematically so advertisers can compare them on one screen, then opened live chat so advertisers and suppliers negotiate directly.

A review-and-rating system accumulates trust as data. Ad-performance reporting lets advertisers see how the spend performed inside the same system.
